Hello,
4.2 Today I attended classes in EU law, not so interesting, and Politics labour law, very different, as usual. The EU was all about proportionality. The Labour Law was held by a sociologist Charles Woolfers. He had been present during the occupation of the Caterpillar plant in Uddingston, outside Glasgow. It was amazing. He showed us video footage from the occupation, picture from the Clydesdale ship workers and their strike. The unions were strong. It was so encouraging to see a such a strong force of labour competing with the prerogatives of management and a multinational corporation. The plant was eventually closed, but it's was somewhat of a victory anyway. The lecturer was magnificently different and amusing. So different to the grey law stuff.

From there I walked home. But first I picked up my Labour Law diagnostic essay. B2 was the mark on a scale from A1,2,3,4,5 B,1,2,3 C 1,2,3 D,1,2,3. So I was OK. Like 3 in Finland I suppose. I walked home and ate pesto and cheddar pasta, with yoghurt as dessert. At 6 me and Fernando walked to Lidl. Fernando was smoking Cuban cigars, whilst walking to Lidl. Respect. I asked for a taste and actually tasted. It was the first time I tried Cubanos. My motives to do that were clear. So many famous intellectuals and writers have also tasted. So I tasted. It was like being a teenager. How great. But, I was did not like the taste, it was not appalling but nor great. My interest in them have not been teased. I will not try again, so, don't worry mamma.

In Lidl we spent an hour. My flatmates influence me. I bought Nutella. That is the final stage of integration, I guess. I bought for 55 p and we ordered a taxi. Of course our shopping includes cigars and taxi, and Lidl. At home I stuffed in everything. Under my bed and in my cupboards. Then I prepared a salad with mozzarella, olives and the rest. I watched the Bourne Supremacy and now I am sitting here. Excited Frida and Natahalie will be here, the day after tomorrow. I had not time for the film-making society to attend "directing actors".

3.2 Sunday is a day of rest. What did I do? I walked to the library at 12 with Marco. In Marco we met Sara. We read. They had left when I finally managed to detach from my literature about the union action in Glasgow. By the way, Glasgow university is the best university in Scotland since it is the one leaning the most to the left. I read and returned the book at 2 p.m., since it was a short loan. I continued reading the book until Greg came and tool it from me. I had just finished it. In the library I met a Swedish girl, Rebecca. She studies law. But that is not what she is interesting for. She told me her grandfather was from Vasa. I was surprised. She told me she had been swimming in the same waters as me, because her father was stingy, and she had to wash herself. I left the library and ate noodles with onions and peppers. I watched the film Million Dollar Baby. It was sad. Two drops from my right eye slid down my cheek. It was a very good film.

2.2 Saturday, I woke up around 11. I found the book I needed for Monday. A librarian helped me, but she didn't find it. I found it on my own. I studied in the library until six. I walked home and quickly ate hamburgers. Then I walked to Tescos and bought cider. With the cider I walked to 53 C. Andrea and Blandine were preparing creps. I ate a lot with nutella, crisps, bananas, apples, cheese and ham. Then cookies and this with "traditional" cider a la Bretagne. I was tired that evening, so we walked back early.

 Bon Courage, Elias.
This I saw

1.2 Friday. I studied the day at uni. I don't remeber for how long. Eventually I returned from the Library and had dinner. At 8:30-9 I walked to 53 F, to Julia's birthday party. I was there until 10:30. From there I walked to the next party. It was futher away and I took the unusual direction of walking towards the city centre. I haven't walked in that direction for a long time. The party was crowded. 7 or 8 people were living in the flat. I met the film-making crew. I was invited by one of the members. She actually spoke Swedish I realised that night. She is from Lithuania, so I could not know that. A pleasant surprise. At the party I had the chance to meet people from the UK. Fun. Also other interesting people.

31.1 Thursday I had my lecture in International law. As usually it was interesting, but I would like to participate much more. I can't though. Maybe I need to study my things more properly and something else. After that I walked home. I got a text from Blandine. Anais was going to have a birthday dinner at 7:30. Outside it was storming. Blandine, Conrad and me walked and picked up Sibyll and Floren on the way. I had written a poem on a card as usually. The flat was nice and cheaper than student halls. First we were served salad of two variations and then the main course. I don't know the name in French, I have to ask her. It contained potatoes and ham and French cheese. At 11 me, Floren and Conrad walked to the Primary just next doors. There I met the crew. I walked home with Conrad through Kelvingrove Park. It was dark and calm, in contrast to the discussion of course.

30.1 Wednesday I really don't remember. I only know I studied a lot for the next days lecture. I put now some more photos from the burns ball.
