Weeks of work going on

The present situation can be summed up as work, week-ends and after work evenings. It's a situation very different in comparison to Glasgow. I am not grumbling. However, I've identified several shortcomings in my blog, when I've returned home. I know I am writing a diary that occasionally can be very dull. My life is not filled with occasions that differ from the everyday. I've not much to write about. The quality of my writing has not been high either. Therefore I've decided to write more, putting more effort into the process of my writing, about my everyday life here in the south of Finland. Thereby I'll sacrifice the illusion(if anyone ever thought so) and let everyone know how ordinary my life is and how few big things happen around me and how few big wheels I turn. However, I might be able to write something that is more friendly for you. I want to be your friend. This is the last time, I'm writing this way.

5.7 - Today I woke up around 10. I didn't sleep well. I had breakfast and was preparing our home studio for Jans arrival. We were supposed to make music, the whole day. We had such a nice day, years ago, when we made a CD for Helenes twentieth century. He arrived 11:14. I ran to the station in around 45 seconds. That's a new record. We walked back. We made our first song for 4 hours, and reached 2.30 seconds in that time. We didn't like it at all. It was not working together. It was not one song, but in fact three different songs, attached together in quite a sloppy way. We had lunch, celery soup with 4 slices of pizza and toasted dark bread with
butter and cheese. Then we continued with a heavier song. We were able to work with it for an hour. Then we were fed up. I know some days are not made for music, this was such a day. Instead we worked out a new ball game. It's exciting and it burns fat, very efficiently. You only need a net and a soft ball. You through the ball over the net and the other one has to catch it. That's the game. It more fun than it sounds like.

4.7 Woke 7:30 and took the train at 8:15. I had a sandwich with sausage, a very fat one, and felt a bit sicken by the greasy taste. It was warm that day something like 27 degrees. I worked until 4 and took the train home. At home I ate pizza with my parents outside. That's something very traditional we've done for the last 20 years. After the pizza we had cherries and cheese. The cherries were carefully hand picked in Lidl by Pekka. Most of the cherries were so wrinkled. After dinner Titus went to Hangö. I made my first journey with my camera. First I biked around where I live and then I continued to Masaby and from there to Hvitträsk. I took nice pictures of the sun set. After I had the pictures I swam. It was not cold. Then I biked home.

3.7 8:15 to work. I was tired the whole day and I don't know why. After work I went to the temple of mammon, Kampens köpcentrum. There I bought a bag for my camera. My brother called my earlier and asked if I could borrow my camera. As Samuel tought, I borrowed. I came home with bus. At home me and my parents had fierce discussions about Swedish in Finland and environmentalism. Then me and Titus played Civ 4 against each other and planned a future investment in a PA-system.

2.7 I woke up 8.15. I was behind the desk from 12.30 to 4. When I came home everyone was at home, including Isak and Jonna. We made food and was I was mostly taking pictures. We ate pasta carbonara but I couldn't find any of the meat nor onions. Pekka arrived home later a two day bike trip. 225 km in 2 days, and he is 59 years.

1.7 Work until 4. After I met Isak and we bought the camera after some unfortunate haggling attempts. I bought it from ONOFF. However, I advice no one to buy anything from there. The service was crap and I had to get the camera from Sello which is far away. I took the train from Sello home, which is a terrible place. But finally I had a camera, a real one, just like in Glasgow, and I felt full of hope. We ate cauliflower with cheese and ham with Mamma and Titus. Me and Titus jammed and and played CIV 4 and I took late in the night my first pics with my Sony Alpha 200.

31.7 After work, but already 14:30 I left and met Titus. We went from camera shop to camera shop and they opened the glass doors and we tried cameras. Titus got very tired and me too, a bit. We left the city and I knew I wanted a Sony, not a Nikon.

30.6 Was Sunday. Titus returned during the day from Porkala with Johan and Sebbe. Mamma made Wok. We walked with Johan to the train station and we sad goodbye. He was going home to U,S and A. Afterwards we just hanged around and jammed.

29.6. We went to the sauna after cutting a lot of wood. We swam in the newly dug whole and the skin smelt like clay and mud.
