25.9 Saturday – I walked to the train. At Den Haag centraal I met a lad from the Polish embassy. He had a card so I got a cheaper ticket. We took the train to Leiden and changed there because there were special arrangements in the train connections. We changed to a very old train and reached Amsterdam central. There I met Maria in front of a hotel where my mother once stayed. We walked in the city looking for a place where to eat but I bought a pair of trousers, looking like underwear from the 19th century. We walked towards the home of Nazila and bought food on the way. At her place we met Nooshin and Farzad briefly. Food was served and it was tasty, something Dutch. After eating and dessert we took the tram to a party. At the party I met fashion designers, film directors and a man who sold clothes. It was nice. At around 1.30 Maria and me walked home through the city and listened to Bollywood music and Fleet Foxes and Maccabees.

26.9 Sunday – On Sunday we had breakfast at around 11 and it was lazy. Then Maria and me started walking towards the city centre. We looked around and bit and then decided to watch a film in Tuschinsky. Wall Street 2 2/5 (I almost typed 1 but that would have been wrong). We then walked to a new chinese resturant. The people working at the resturant were more interested in pursuing other careers. After eating we walked to the station and parted. Maria went to Arnhem and I went Den Haag HS. I walked home and bought bread on the way home.

27.9 Monday – I worked and forgot the rest.

28.9 Tuesday – I worked the day and after work I went for a biking trip. I biked for some time south and reached a nice part of the beach. I biked back. It felt good biking.

30.9 Thursday – I worked the day. After work I went home and skyped with IJI. After skyping and eating, a cotlette, sprouts and potatoes I met Frida and Johan at a bar called Havanna. Johan and me continued to a bar called O’caseys and there was a quiz but I didn’t reallt participate. I met one guy from Wilhelmus International. Johan, Johnny and Fabienne were there.

1.10 Friday – On Friday I worked the day at the embassy. I learned that my thesis had been graded. I got a M, but basically it was an E. There were just a bit too many typos and reference crap. I was sad but then happy, when I heard it was because of formalities that it wasn’t an E. I learned this later, in fact this week. I met Maria in front of Bijenkorf. We walked home. We had a small snack which was big. Fried potatoes and boiled Brussels sprouts. We walked and had a bear. On the way home we ordered a pizza and watched Where the wild things are (2/5).

2.10 Saturday – Woke up and had breakfast. I callad and asked about the waves. We took the tram to towards the beach and got of a bit before. Maria had a coffee and we reached Aloha Surf. We changed and we were eight. It was great fun. The waves were a bit bigger than it looks but not big. I will do it again. It is relly nice. After surfing, which was heavy. I had a hot chocolate. I had a chance to touch a Rolleiflex camera. Lorenzo, Maria and me continued to a snackbar and had chips with something I forgot. After eating we took the tram back to the city centre. We met Farzad and Nooshin. Nooshin gave her Dutch book to me. An hour later we met and went to their place and had Mossselen. I played a bit Need for Speed and then we went home. It was fun.

3.10 Sunday – Morning arrived a bit later, at 10.30. The body felt slower and heavier after the surfing. Breakfast could be eaten at the balcony. It was around 20 when I put my teeth in two cheese and one jam covered bread. Tea and orange juice. After breakfast some computing and then we walked out. Outside it was warm and my coat felt warm. We walked and sat down for a coffee at a more expensive place 5.20 for two normal coffees. I painted a bit and then we walked along long streets that cirled the queens office, the royal stables and a park. We sat down at a bench and then continued to a Very Italian Pizza. Maria had a salame and I had a Margerita. The waiter would have been a good soldier. After dinner we had ice cream at an Ijs salon. Coconut chocolate for M, coconut mango for me. At home we made music and watched clips of Monkey Business, the Groucho brothers film. It is always funny. Then we went to the train station and Maria left. I biked home, cleaned a bit and made to toast in oven with Old Amsterdam cheese, mustard, chili, tomatoes and bread. I watched the Usual Suspects film 2/5. Highly over rated on IMDB, so be careful. Now is now.

4.10 Monday – Is the first they of the week. I went to work in the morning and worked. OPCW again. After work I biked via the main walking street and bought a chicken kebab with thin bread. With a kebab in the hand I biked to Haghsche Kleus and met Niels, Katrin, Cecilie, Johan, Lorenzo. I biked home and changed and then went playing football. I biked home and was home at 22.30.

5.10 Tuesday – I woke up at 7.45 and biked to OPCW. I stayed there the morning and a bit of the afternoon. From OPCW I biked to the ministry of environment and from there I went home. On the way home I thought about going surfing but the waves were small. I stayed home and then went doing groceries. At home I made a wok after watching wok clips on youtube. I ate and talked with Mother and Brother. Then with girlfriend. Then I watched a film, 12 Angry men 4/5. A good film. Then it was too late and I went to sleep.

6.10 Wednesday – Woke up at 8. Prepared myself quickly and biked to OPCW in a drizzle. Stayed the whole there for the exception of a short visit to the Embassy. Done at 17.30. I biked home and bought toothpaste, lemon sorbet icecream and grapes, totalling 4 euro. At home I heated yesterdays tasty food on gas in a frying pan. I watched a Hitchcock film North by Northwest 3/5. I ate a sandwich and grapes and tea. Now is now. I am a bit flu-feeling.

7.10 Thursday – Woke up at 7.45 and the standard breakfast; one toast with cheese (actually I had a Dutch ham sausage this time decorating the toast) and one with Nutella (I changed to the budget version a short time ago). I biked to work slowly, not to get tired. I spent the morning at the embassy and the rest of the day at the OPCW. I went via Johans place to Cecilies place. Cecilie, Fabienne, Johan and me had dinner there. From there we biked to O’caseys and it was pub quiz time. We were 13th of 15 teams. From there we continued to a bar were Johan drank Kwak beer and I drank Judas beer. I was home at two. I saw Grote Kerk when I biked home. It said hello.

8.10 Friday – I woke up at 8 and was quick with the morning stuff. Why do I always write about the morning, I remember the mornings well. I went to work and it was OPCW until 15. Anoup, Mario, Lorenzo, Fabienne, Katerina and I went to a place called the Greek Corner. Most of us Giros Pita. I biked back to work and worked until 15.30.The EC at OPCW was finished with an applause. I biked home and listened to some old songs I had made because I had again the following synths FM8, Massive and Absynth. I packed my bag and now I am sitting on train 20 min from Arnhem.

9.10 Saturday - woke up at 10. We had a big breakfast. Saturday morning lazy. Then we jumped on our biked and biked a 30 km trip and shoot some clips. We came home via Arnhem where we had a Cassis each. We biked back home and had very tasty food. I cut film and it was ready. We watched TV and I updated blog. Now is now
