13.12 Sunday

I went to the office and edited on podcasts. We went for a walk around Blåbärslandet which is a small island outside Helsinki. The weather was cold and beautiful. After the walk we drove to the office and picked up the gear for next days shoot.

14.12 Monday - On Monday we recorded another episode for the podcast. Maria and Titus were out filming. I drove them to the location and picked them up as I am the only one in the company that has a driving license.

15.12 Tuesday - working the whole day at the office. Frying fish in the evening.

17.12 Thursday - Working at the office the whole day.

18.12 Friday - Work had to be done by 17:00 when our mini office Christmas party would start. I pressed through the whole day and miraculously it was completed just about ten minutes past five. Also a business meeting. Our new coworkers for the new office. Amazing timing! Then we played some games that Titus had invented and drank a little bit of red wine. Tired at about 22 we walked home and had some hamburgers at Mc Donald's. A long time since that happened last time. 

19.12 Saturday - We went for a long walk. We walked to the city center and ate Thai food at Kamppi mall.

2nd puzzle missed some pieces

20.12 Sunday - On Sunday I chilled the whole day. I didn't even leave the house.

21.12 Monday - Yesterday, I had my last work meeting over Google meets. Now all work matters are done except for some mopping up. Feels great with a break. Now I need to reprogram myself so that I can enjoy the peace. It takes a while after constant work from 1.8 until 21.12. Maybe I am exaggerating but I have not have much of another life than the work life. But the result has been good. One kids TV show ready and 7 episodes of a podcast for the Finnish broadcasting company. After the meeting we ate some tasty left over Khoresh-e fesenjan (Iranian food). After that the last errands of the day: buy a cable and mouse for the office  and pick up some deliveries. It was dark December. From there I drove back and chilled a bit at home. Then we walked to the 2nd hand store to look for Christmas presents.

The place is called "Kierrätyskeskus" and it was expensive and it was horrible stuff. From there we walked to the shopping mall "Redi". It has been dead and it was dead still. There hasn't been enough customers so a lot of stores are closed. I bought some really funny presents from many stores. Everything really useful and cheap. We bought some food and walked back home. At home we had a salad and come left over beans and watched a commercial Christmas movie with Arnold but it was too bad to watch so we turned it off. We played some chess and went to bed.  

22.12 Tuesday -  Woke up around nine. I made some coffee and looked at domes made by Pacific Domes. These are like cool houses that look futuristic. Now sitting in bed writing on the blaag. Finally done. I just sneezed.

So this post covers 2.11-12.12. That's one month and ten days so I am a bit late. The excuse is that I have worked exceptionally hard.

We have worked on preparing our new office, on finishing our kids show Lekis & Dagis that we delivered to Yle in the end of November and also working on the new podcast. It has been super busy.

2.11 Monday

Hard work included making sketches of the two main characters for the podcast I am working on for Finnish public broadcaster.

Joni and me (who are talking in the podcast) were interviewed in the afternooon.

We had a chance to look at our office again and we felt great. More spacious and more fresh. Wonder how long we will stay here.

5.11 Thursday

We drove off to Sibbo and recorded sounds for our kids show. After that we went back to Helsingfors and ate Chinese buffet at Brokadi. Coma ensued.

We went for a coffee and after that I went jogging. I jogged 7.71 km.
